I ordered from Stylerunner and had a question about my delivery, but it took customer service ages to get back to me. Am I missing something, or should an online store be quicker with this stuff? When they finally replied, the answer was basic and didn’t really help much. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I definitely expected a bit more

The discounts are decent when they come around. They’re not always there, but when something feels like a good deal, I usually trust my instinct and go for it.

The box showed up crushed, and honestly... the shoes looked like they were just tossed in without much care. Not the best first impression.

I was happy with my Stylerunner order. They actually had the shoes I wanted in my size, which doesn’t always happen when I’m shopping online. Checkout was quick and easy too, no weird hassle or anything. I’d definitely use them again.

I was a little bummed the leggings didn’t fit right because I really wanted to keep them, but returning them ended up being way less stressful than I expected. The steps were easy to follow, and my refund showed up quickly. i wish the sizing had worked out, but I’d still order again.

I’m done with Stylerunner. The quality was crap and the thing started falling apart way faster than it should’ve. Disappointing, and a bit of a joke for what I paid.

I ordered my usual size and it actually fit perfectly, no weird tight spots or anything. I will say I felt a little misled by the way the sizing was presented, because I expected it might run differently, but for me it ended up being spot on.

I felt like the prices were a bit too high for what I actually got. The quality wasn’t terrible, but it was just okay and didn’t really justify the cost for me. Personally, I don’t think I’d go out of my way to buy it again

I ordered from Stylerunner and the delivery was a bit of a mess. The tracking barely updated, like barely at all, and my parcel ended up arriving way later than I expected. I had to follow it up myself, and even then the replies weren’t really that helpful. It was just stressful for no good reason. If you need something by a certain date, I wouldn’t risk it. I probably won’t order from them again

I’ve been browsing Stylerunner a bit and the site just feels really nice to use. It’s clean, easy to move around, and the way they show the shoes and outfits doesn’t feel too cluttered or in your face. The colours are nice too, kinda soft but still modern.
I found it simple to spot stuff I’d actually wear, which is always a win becuase some sites make you dig forever. A couple pages loaded a little slow for me, not a huge deal tho, but overall it feels fresh and put together...

Got exactly what I ordered, why does that feel like such a big deal these days? No missing items, no weird substitutions, no hassle. It just showed up the way it was supposed to, and I appreciate that more than I probably should.

I ordered a pair of shoes from stylerunner but ended up having to send them back because the sizing just wasn’t quite right for me.

The return itself was straightforward and I didn’t have any major issues with that part, but the refund felt like it dragged on a bit because I kept checking my account, wondering if it had gone through yet, then checking my emails, then wondering if I should follow it up, so it was one of those slightly annoying waiting games where nothing was really wrong but it still took longer than I expected.

I did get the money back in the end, so overall it was fine, just not the quickest refund experience I’ve had.

I ordered from Stylerunner and yeah, it got here really fast. Sure it was like 2 days or so. Everything was packed fine, tracking worked without any drama, and the whole thing was just easy. I’d order from them again for sure.
